GOLF IN SOMERSET

There are numerous golf courses in Somerset ranging from the championship links courses such as Burnham & Berrow, to the parkland courses at Lansdown, and Chipping Sodbury. There are a number of golf clubs near Bath, and Taunton, as well some coastal courses at Clevedon and The Isle of Wedmore. Somerset is a rural county that borders Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Dorset, and Devon. To the north of the county, there are a number of golf courses near Bristol as well, such as Farrington, a couple of parkland golf courses with modern facilities.
