GOLF IN MIDDLESEX

The golf courses in Middlesex accommodate all, with municipal golf clubs, and private members golf clubs in the London region facilitating a warm welcome to the beginner and experienced player alike. There are 36 golf clubs in Middlesex, ten of which being public golf courses such as Sunbury, and others such as Mill Hill, and North Middlesex, are superb private parkland courses. Its neighbouring counties include Surrey, Essex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire, and the most significant feature is the River Thames. The number of golf courses near London surprises many people, as does the fact that there are some championship standard golf courses in Middlesex, but Fulwell has hosted the European Tour, and Ealing has a reputation of having some of the best greens in the country.
