It has been the home to many prestigious golf events over the years, featuring such illustrious players as Greg Norman, Seve Ballesteros, Nick Faldo, Lee Trevino, and Colin Montgomerie. The two 18 hole courses are situated on 1,000 acres of stunning Scottish countryside surrounded by woodlands, streams, lakes and the Pentland Hills.
Some of the major tournaments held at Dalmahoy include the prestigious Solheim Cup, the Scottish PGA Championship, the Ladies Scottish Open, the 2006, 2007 and 2008 Scottish Seniors Open.
