Designed by Adrian Stiff and commissioned in 1991, Dainton Park has matured into an awesome test of golf. As with his other notable designs, such as the Kendleshire and the Players Club near Bristol, Stiff has created 18 different challenges, all equally memorable.
Elevated tees offer stunning views over the surrounding countryside, and wide, inviting fairways follow the natural contours of the landscape. Numerous bunkers and water features pepper the fairways and several patches of unkempt rough will to trap the wayward. Well protected greens require a thoughtful approach and an accurate short game - with such an array of golf shots required you will need every club in your bag.
