North Downs, located near the pretty village of Woldingham, not far from Caterham, was founded in 1899 as a nine-hole course and extended to 18 holes in 1971.
The golf course is a parkland course set on the North Downs at between 800 and 850 feet above sea level, with spectacular views in all directions. Whilst not long, it is nevertheless challenging and requires careful shot selection and accuracy to cope with the demands of the layout.
The Clubhouse is a comfortable, traditional style building with bar and catering facilities. Visitors and guests are always very welcome at North Downs Golf Club.
