At the time information is collected you will always be given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of any marketing activity conducted by us or any third party with whom we may work, from time to time. Financial information provided when purchasing the iSpyGolf Card is processed through PayPal's secure servers, in compliance with PCI Data Security Standards, giving you peace of mind that your data is secure. This sensitive financial information is NOT seen, collected or stored by iSpy Golf Ltd at any time.
HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE HOLD
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Fulfilling our services (e.g. Card Delivery & Tee Booking Services)
- Responding effectively to enquiries
- Internal record keeping
- Improving our products and services
- Sending eNewsletters and promotional emails or SMS messages if you have requested to receive them

To enable golf clubs to confirm bookings with you direct, we may be required to provide specified venues with your contact details. We will only do this if you have used the iSpyGolf tee reservation service and we will only pass on your details to your club of choice for the purposes of fulfilling your booking request.
