Hillside Golf Club is situated in Southport, the home of England's Golf Coast. The course forms part of England's finest stretch of coastal links being adjacent to Royal Birkdale and Southport & Ainsdale with Formby Golf Club a few miles down the road. The start is dominated by the railway line that runs parallel to the opening holes. The back nine was re-designed in the 1960's by Fred Hawtree and features a series of holes that linger in the mind long after a visit is over. Greg Norman once described Hillside's back nine as 'the best in Britain'. Hillside has hosted several major amateur events, including the British Amateur Championship in 2011.

Royal Liverpool Golf Club at Hoylake has staged major tournaments throughout its long history including eleven Open Championships and many amateur events. The Club is proud that The Open Championship made a successful return to Hoylake in 2006 when Tiger Woods achieved his third victory. Southport & Ainsdale Golf Club, or S&A as it is commonly known, was the proud host of the 1933 and 1937 Ryder Cup matches. The West Lancashire Golf Club was founded in 1873 and is among the ten oldest golf clubs in England, and boasts one of the most natural and testing links in the British Isles. Imaginative and varied in layout, the course has so much more to offer than simply a wonderful experience of classic links with stunning views of the Mersey Estuary, Anglesey and the Welsh Mountains. The course has hosted Final Qualifying for The Open Championship, and co-hosted The Amateur Championship in 2009. Our refurbished modern clubhouse offers state of the art facilities. Playing at Caldy Golf Club is one of the most rewarding golfing experiences one can enjoy on this beautiful Wirral Peninsula. 1906 saw Jack Morris, the nephew of the famous Old Tom Morris draw up a plan for the club's first nine holes. The Course opened for play the following year. The first layout of 18 holes, designed by five times Open Champion James Braid, came into play in 1931. Caldy served as the final qualifying venue for the 2012 Ricoh Women's British Open held at Royal Liverpool.

Blundells Hill Golf Club is the perfect venue for your Society or Company Day Out. Unlike some clubs, we realise that societies have a major role to play in the continuing success of our Club, so our staff are always on hand to ensure that your day goes with a swing. The original turf farm that makes up part of the course had really good grasses, mainly fescue, and the remaining land was undulating farmland that had only one really steep uphill climb, and with most of the course having a sandstone base it drained quite well. Along with these assets Steve Marnoch cleverly used the natural lie of the land to create his course, shaping the fairways around the clusters of mature trees that stood on the site which brings bunkers into play.
