The historic Royal Dornoch Golf Club has completed a number of course changes in its continual drive for improvement as it was named as one of the Top 10 courses in Scotland this week. The club’s world-renowned Championship Course was placed at No 4 in Golf World’s rankings of the best 100 courses in the country - up one place on last year. Matching Ties For Nairn And Royal Dornoch Players

Two leading golf clubs in the Highlands of Scotland are preparing to do battle in simultaneous matches at opposite ends of the country tomorrow (Saturday, 1 April). While players from Nairn Golf Club and Royal Dornoch Golf Club compete in the 30th annual match for the Armourers Targe, London-based members from both clubs are holding their first ever contest at the same time.
