Sweetwoods Park Ladies Taster Days A Success!
What lady wouldn’t want to spend a few hours within the Wealden Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty at Sweetwoods Park Golf Club?
A high number were certainly welcomed on Thursday 14th and Friday 15th July at Sweetwoods Park complimentary Ladies Taster Days.
Thursday’s session was fully booked and Friday also received great attendance along with the arrival of some much-needed sunshine. Fellow lady members of Sweetwoods Park were also present, offering support and encouragement to the prospective members.
The two sessions included a complimentary 1 hour group tuition from PGA Pro Matt Tyler, a buggy tour of the stunning course, Pimm’s and canapés and the chance to quiz fellow lady members, PGA Pro, Matt Tyler and General Manager, Andrew Salter.
General Manager of Sweetwoods Park, Andrew Salter, said “It was a pleasure to welcome so many ladies to our first ever Ladies Taster Day event. An array of abilities were present, from complete beginners to experienced golfers. We hope to welcome some of the attendees as Sweetwoods Park members in the near future and expand on our already thriving ladies section.’
Ladies who attended were rewarded with a complimentary 2 ball voucher to allow them to return and try the full course out at their leisure.
