Two leading golf clubs in the Highlands of Scotland are preparing to do battle in simultaneous matches at opposite ends of the country tomorrow (Saturday, 1 April). While players from Nairn Golf Club and Royal Dornoch Golf Club compete in the 30th annual match for the Armourers Targe, London-based members from both clubs are holding their first ever contest at the same time. Royal Dornoch Golf Fund To Help More Community Groups

The internationally-renowned Royal Dornoch Golf Club is continuing a drive to help its neighbours by seeking new community projects to support. Big hearted golfers at the world famous club established a community fund in 2015 to help local groups, using a percentage of the net green fee income from visitors who come from all parts of the world to play at the acclaimed links.
