The fairways of Wentworth were, as ever, lush and green for the duration of the BMW PGA Championship, but they weren’t as colourful as Ernie Els’ language on the Saturday evening. Last week, Luke Donald was quoted as saying he’d like to see more European Tour events played in England.  Asked a leading question, it was a natural and predictable response from the Englishman.
